Windhoek pilot terms

Booking and price
Every booking has an approved ceiling shown before you request it. Extra work or materials must be approved by you in the app before they begin, and the professional may not collect more than the approved amount.
Acceptance
A request becomes a booking only when an approved professional accepts it. If nobody can take the job, we tell you honestly and nothing is charged.
Cancellation
Cancelling while we are still finding someone, or more than 12 hours before the start time, is free. Cancelling inside the last 12 hours may carry a N$90 late-cancellation fee, and a person — not an algorithm — reviews each one before it is confirmed. Once work has started, cancellation goes through support.
Payment
You pay once you have confirmed the work is done, never before, and never automatically. Cash directly with the professional is available for the pilot. PayToday will appear as an option only after merchant checkout is enabled. When available, PayToday opens its own secure page, where you sign in or create your own PayToday account. Get It Done never sees or stores a PayToday password, PIN, wallet balance or card number.
Verification and reviews
Professionals are identity-checked with documents reviewed by our operations team before they can accept work. Reviews can only be written for completed, paid bookings.
The pilot
