In the app
Open the booking, then Get help. Safety reports jump the queue. Finished jobs keep their Get help entry so a payment question or a conduct report can still be filed later.
What to include
Your booking reference (GID-…) if you have one, what happened, and what you need. Do not send card numbers, PayToday PINs, or copies of identity documents unless we specifically ask.
Hours
The pilot is staffed from Windhoek. We aim to reply the same working day.
