What we hold

Your email address (the sign-in identity), your name, date of birth to check that you are 18 or older, contact mobile number, account identifier, saved addresses and booking history. We also keep booking messages, support conversations, optional job photos or a profile photo, cash-payment confirmations and, for professionals, payout preferences, earnings and commission records. We do not collect card numbers or PayToday login credentials. If you turn on booking alerts, a device push token lets us deliver them. Gate codes and access notes are stored encrypted and shown to the professional only after they accept your booking. Job photos are shared with the accepting professional; staff may access evidence for support or safety reviews. An approved professional's profile photo and public name may be shown to the customer after acceptance.

What we don’t

We never store card numbers, PayToday passwords, PINs or wallet balances — PayToday collects those on its own page — and your data is never sold or shared for advertising. We do not track anybody's location in the background. The one exception is narrow and deliberate: a professional can choose, job by job, to share their live position with the customer while they are on their way. It is never on by default, it stops the moment they arrive, and no history of it is kept.

Who sees what

Before a professional accepts a job they see only your suburb — never your exact address. Staff access to uploaded documents is recorded, every time, with the reason.

Native notification service

The Android and iPhone apps use OneSignal for notifications. Its SDK starts with the app and may create an installation identifier before you enable alerts. It also processes notification-interaction statistics. The booking service registers your device for alerts after you opt in. You can use the app without enabling notifications and turn booking alerts off in settings. We do not use this service for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Provider applications

If you apply to work through Get It Done, we collect identity, police-clearance, right-to-work, qualification and other required evidence, document dates, service references and reviewer decisions to verify eligibility and keep approvals current. Staff can communicate with you through the authenticated application. Private reviewer comments are not included in notification-email previews. Rejected applications have their documents deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

You can edit your addresses and name in the app. Delete the account from Profile → Delete my account. That signs you out, drops your email and phone from our records, and keeps finished bookings only as the other party's work history. What is deleted and what is kept. You can also email elias@twetemo.com.
